Everything is good here, had a decent stay for 3 nights. The rooms are stunning and inviting and have absolutely brilliant views. Staff is pleasant and welcoming and you can park your car on-site. The rooftop bar is a nice plus.

Every detail of this well-run property was very good. The breakfasts were delicious and substantial with normal fare such as croissants, scrambled eggs plus croissant and exceptional service. The location offered was magnificent just next door to the surrounding areas and a beautiful water taxi.

By and large, it was good base for sightseeing in Venice, had much fun. This hotel was located in a very central area very close to the St Marks square and the water bus stop, the buses and trains arrive and the restaurant. Stopped by San Giorgio Cafe to get some coffee and treats, it's an easy walk to the venue, recommend. All the staff were pleasant.

I randomly popped in Cafe Florian serving some pastries, located a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel, it was nice. The food was excellent and included fresh bread and eggs.
