The location was awesome in front of the sea from one side and the staff here was very pleasant and amazingly nice. Had tea and goodies at Cafe Florian, nestled 1 km of the hotel. We had a superior king room and it was fairly quiet and inviting.

Brilliant views, the breakfast was delicious and enjoyable with scrambled eggs and brioche eggs, for example. We were in a marvellous location just a short walk away from a grand showpiece square. Further, it was next to the Venetian bridges, the Water Taxi and vaporetto stop.

Very central location close enough to water taxi to the Locanda, Saint Mark's Square and lagoon, it was in a tourist area. I randomly popped in Cafe Florian serving some pastries, located a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel, it was nice. The food was excellent and included fresh bread and eggs.

I spent 3 nights here and loved that. Pleasant and clean place, everything was really good. The breakfast deal was substantial with brioche eggs and spectacular view, for instance. The service was absolutely exceptional.

It had magnificent and absolutely perfect location only a short distance to Riva degli Schiavoni. Moreover, it's just off gondolas and east and west Venice. The breakfast had a lot of options and included bread and eggs.
